Oppo Reno Series Launched in India Offers Lossless Optical Zoom upto 10X

   

     On 28th May 2019, Oppo has launched its Oppo Reno in India. It also comes in 10X Zoom Edition which offers 10X Lossless Optical Zoom & also it is a world's 1st smartphone which offers 10X lossless optical zoom. Oppo Reno is a flagship grade smartphone by Oppo. Here "Reno" is a another sub-brand of Oppo. I have already posted a blog on Oppo Reno smartphones and also i have already discuss about device specifications in my previous blog post i will only discussed about its is Pro's and con's and also provide some availability details of Oppo Reno Smartphone.

👉 Availability:

   

     Oppo Reno and Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Edition available in two colour variants that are Jet Black and Ocean Green. These devices are already available for sale on Amazon India and other offline stores.

👉 My Opinion :

   

     Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Edition is world's 1st device to offer 10X lossless Zoom. Oppo Reno offers Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Soc and Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Edition offers Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC both the hardware comes with in-built AI Engine. We will discuss more about these devices but before that let's take a quick on pro's and con's of these devices.

Starting with pro's of Oppo Reno:

1. Super VOOC Flash Charge 3.0 (20 W) 

2. Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS)
3. Game Boost 2.0
4. Dolby Atmos

5. Ultra clear Night view 2.0 

Here are con's of Oppo Reno:

1. No SDcard Slot

2. Offers only Qualcomm snapdragon 710 SoC

3. No Optical image Stabilization (OIS)

Pro's of Oppo Reno 10 X Zoom Edition:

1. Super VOOC Flash Charge 3.0 (20 W) 

2. Dual Optical Image Stabilization (OIS)
3. Game Boost 2.0
4. Ultra Clear Night view 2.0
5. Dolby Atmos

6 10X Hybrid Zoom 

Here are con's of Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Edition:
1. No SDcard Slot
2. No IP certification
3. No 3.5 mm Audio jack & also company do not provide Type C to 3.5 mm audio jack adapter inside the box.
4. No wifi 6 (802.11ax) even if the hardware supports

     Talking about pricing of these devices i think the Oppo Reno is an overpriced device just like most of Oppo devices that are available in market because at a price of Oppo Reno pricing Oneplus 7 provides flagship grade processor that is Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC whereas Oppo Reno offers mid range Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC only without any 10X Optical Zoom. We get 10X optical zoom only in Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Editon which is good at its price segment.
