Issues with Xiaomi's MIUI 11 User Interface

     Xiaomi is one of the most popular electronics gadgets manufacturing company. It has its own user interface called MIUI which is based on Android operating system. With the launch of MIUI 11 Xiaomi has closed its beta testing program in India. Xiaomi says they will provide only stable update in India along with monthly security patch update. All the beta rom is only available for China beta users in order to check bugs in their user interface.

     So, Xiaomi launches its beta rom in China after fixing all the bugs they provide their stable rom to China Xiaomi's users and then they roll out global stable update for all users. This procedure takes lots of times and also Xiaomi has launch many devices across the the world which becomes a big challenge for handling so many updates for Xiaomi developers also they are working hard to provide updates at time but sometimes they can't manage their updates which results delay in rolling out updates. However, if they manage to roll out these updates there many user face issues like battery drain, increase in charging time, heating issue, UI lag and more.

     I am one of the Xiaomi user and  i have Xiaomi's Redmi Note 7 Pro  device and after two months in the month of march i got an update where i get only some bug fixes, updated security patch of february month and some bug fixes in user interface that's it. I didn't get any android update or any additional feature. Now April month is going on i have two months older android security patch in my devic & i didn't get any update till now.
     Recently one of the Xiaomi's user contacted me regarding Xiaomi MIUI bugs. He is using Xiaomi one of the most popular devices Xiaomi Poco F1. He told us that recently he got new MIUI 11.0.6 update which is based on Android Q (version 10). After installing new update he start facing issues like battery drain, heating issue, his device take more time to charge, PubG lag issue, slow internet connectivity and touch issues also many of users complaining that Xiaomi do not provide updates.

     I think POCO has got its last android update after that Xiaomi will only provide security patch update only because if we look at Xiaomi's update history except Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 all the devices has upgraded to 2 android updates whereas Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has got 3 android updates. In terms of MIUI updates the POCO users will get MIUI 12 update for their  POCO F1. Also he says he has tweeted update issue on pocoindia twitter handle but he got no reply from them.

     Till now i have just talk about what are the issues Xiaomi users are facing about MIUI now i am going to discuss what are the issue Xiaomi facing to push updates. China is the 1st country who was infected by COVID 19 virus so they have taken decision of lockdown. After the three months of lockdown China is getting back to its track but recently in China has found more corona virus patient so i think china will go under lockdown again. Because of these lockdown issue all the developer are are at home they are unable to give 100% towards their work which results in delay in updates. But Xiaomi try to provide some new features in their MI built in application where users can get some new feature in their MI apps.
     Xiaomi has begin the testing of new MIUI 12 rom in China and i think with these new MIUI 12 we get more new and exciting feature also Xiaomi has launch the first list which confirms that these device will get MIUI 12 updates.
